The month before the wedding date will be full of bridal showers, bachelor's parties, farewell parties, virtual catch-ups, and Despedida de Soltera. While we want an open communication even at this crucial period, we want to minimize the decisioning. Any flower choice change might incur additional fees. Same goes for the color of the ribbon ties around the stems of the entourage bouquets. Additional accessories such as charms or bracelet with a sentimental value that the bride feels she needs to encircle around her bouquet wrap for an intimate touch is very much welcome.

We trust that our bride-to-be has thoroughly reviewed our terms and conditions with her groom. After verbal/messaging application agreement, this page shall be generated into a PDF format with quotation and signatory page attached. We value your signature, and so we encourage you to digitally sign the agreement. Please leave your signature stamp beside every Matilda Bloooms logo on this document.

Our Commitment

We are thankful and excited to showcase this bridal collection. Matilda Bloooms' first choice of arrangement has always been fresh flowers. We believe that gifting and receiving fresh flowers inspires to live in the moment. Our recommendation by the default is always fresh flowers as this is the natural state of the flowers, however bent or tall, simple or fragrant it is, this we hope will warm the heart of the holder. Our confidence lies in the 10+ years of experience of farmhand to storefront arrangement. Our products range from fresh flower bouquet and bloom boxes, mix of fresh and dried flowers, and neck garlands.

We are happy to accommodate you on a Zoom call to walk you through our online brochure so we can note down your feedback real-time. We understand that this is such an important family event so if the bride feels she should tag her mother or close relative to the meeting, that would truly delight us. We would like to keep the recording of our meetings for playback and to fully transcribe for review purposes. The recordings' retention will be six (6) months after the wedding day or two (2) months retention if it is a No Go after the Go/No Go meeting. When two months' time is up, we will shift the images included in this private document to public.

Allergies and Personal Preferences

Our priorities as a flower arrangement service includes the preferred focal flower and color blending according to the theme and motif. We recommend that the bride and groom make an appointment with their respective family physician, specifically allergist and bring the list of flowers to check if this will impact their health in any way. Once we receive the doctor's notes/recommendations, the soon-to-weds should sign a waiver stating that Matilda Bloooms will not be held accountable for any allergy coming from the flowers. There are edible flowers but we do not recommend, at any cost, eat the entourage flowers, may it be children or pets. For more details, our allergy waiver is downloadable and can be found at the bottommost part of the page.

We also respect if there will be hesitations on superstitions if one or some of the flowers included may affect the beliefs of the couple. Rest assured, that the creativity will still flow even with flower replacements. The bridal collection will have variations.

Our engagement starts from sending the bride the link to this website. This website is both hidden and not searchable which makes it perfect for private viewing. This is always online so that the soon-to-weds can use this at their own pace. For every feedback we see fit, Matilda Bloooms should modify this standard online document and shall be communicated on the bride's preferred time and channel. The timeline and pricing detail shall all be included in the quotation which is a separate document also sent on the same communications channel.

By the time the Go decision has been made, any coordination and partial payment needed will be communicated thereafter through the communications channel. This website will be up for 3 days more after a decision from Go/No Go meeting

The Transition to the Round Bouquet

The cascade bouquet is perfect for slow movements, bouquet for walking the aisle, then handed to the maid of honor so that she will be placing this at the marriage contract signing table and will doing the additional tasks as instructed by the florist. The wedding coordinator or the florist will then pick this up and transfer it to the lovebirds table as its decoration. At the reception, this can be picked up by the bride for taking photos with family and friends at the reception.

In the absence of the marriage contract signing table, the iron stand for this bouquet will be provided by the florist rent-free.

This round bouquet waits by the altar placed in an iron stand to preserve the shape of the flowers. The wedding coordinator ensures that this iron stand must be near the bride and groom during the ceremony. After the kiss, the bride will be holding this and will be the bouquet shown in front of the altar photos. The wedding coordinator or florist must prepare the toss bouquet. This round bouquet after the photos with family, friends, and guests, will be returned to the iron stand by the any of the bridesmaids. The florist can then pick this up so this will be delivered to the hotel accommodation where the newly weds will spend their wedding night.

The Transition to the Toss Bouquet

This toss bouquet is tied in rounded fashion but more relax making the flowers sway as the bride dances. If the program includes the bride holding this bouquet for her reception entrance, then this is perfect for active movements. This bouquet will be handed to bride by any of the bridesmaid and is placed on its dedicated iron stand as well. This bouquet should be ready whether the bouquet toss happens outside of the church or at the reception. If the bride wishes to keep the toss bouquet, she must inform the wedding coordinator.

Please refer to Mayfair Bridal I as the proposed toss bouquet. Any changes will be accommodated in the early days of planning.

Entourage Flowers Package 2 : Peony Blush

Peony Blush is a bridal bouquet with 3 peonies, refer to the design of Mayfair Bridal 1 for the look. As a standard proposal by Matilda Bloooms, our entourage flowers always include two bouquets specially if there is a toss bouquet happening. For this package, it is advised to remove the peonies before tossing if there are intentions to preserve.

Flower Alternatives

General Provisions: We want to maintain the look and feel of the theme and motif. In the absence of flowers indicated in the picture and allergy waiver form, we will try our best to align the replacement flowers in its state, color, and form.

The peonies are the priciest of the bunch even if they are in season. Off season will even reach an overhead. The availability of this flower will be included in the frequent communications towards the big day.

To stay true to the color motif, we may need to apply floral spray specially for rare color for flowers like blue and purple.

For roses, as this has the widest variety, it will be easy to spot the most affordable and wide range of shade for natural colors.
